BRC and ACT internal research fellowships

A number of fellowships were  established by the Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust (ACT) and the Cambridge BRC to provide funding for non-medical healthcare professionals to gain experience and conduct preliminary research, to allow them to compete strongly for PhD fellowships.

In this short video, Menna Clatworthy, Training and Capability lead for the Cambridge BRC, Christi Deaton, Florence Nightingale Foundation Professor of  Clinical Nursing Research and Anne-Marie Ingle, Chief Nurse of Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, discuss the objectives of the scheme.
