There has been further development of MR real-time techniques and 3D image navigation with a patented controller device. This is now a 3rd generation design being commercialised with Cambridge Enterprise.
We are developing techniques to overcome problems related to DCE-MRI measurements at 3T that will help facilitate future oncology and other trials. This includes a novel dual echo single heart beat saturation preparation perfusion sequence and strategies for T1 mapping and managing B1 inhomogeneity problems.
